CRM Specialist / Data Anatyst

Responsibilities :

• Gather, create and document current and future business process flows.
• Create clear, concise and complete functional specifications & requirements documents.
• Conduct testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Train user personnel in the use of the system.
• Prepare and analyze data conversion requirements.
• Import new contacts we get from different sources into the CRM.
• Ensure data validity and prevent duplication of contacts.
• Regularly report on tracked revenue, conversion rate and various other metrics to management.
• Create reports, forms and other deliverables for projects and tickets.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Conduct a complete salesforce internal audit.
• Complete an in-depth analysis of salesforce CRM.
• This is a project-based job opportunity.
