Responsibilities : Query Resolution :
Address and resolve modification queries promptly.
Achieve maximum resolution individually, consulting with team members, sales and cross functional collaboration.
Case Assessment :
Independently assess daily case evaluations with minimal setup team involvement.
Ensure accurate clinical reviews and adherence to treatment protocols.
Collaboration :
Collaborate with the Quality and Setup teams by participating in at least two quality review meetings per month.
Communicate feedback from treating doctors and highlight any operational issues for continuous improvement.
Doctor Satisfaction :
Build strong relationships with client doctors to maintain trust and confidence in the company’s services.
Training and Development :
Conduct two to three training sessions monthly to educate Support and CSR teams on clinical protocols, aligner usage, and common case resolutions.
Requirements :
Degree : Bachelors of Dental Surgery
Strong clinical knowledge and experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in case assessment and query resolution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
