Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled React Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building modern, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong frontend fundamentals, a passion for clean and scalable UI development, and experience collaborating closely with backend and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js

Translate UI / UX designs into clean, reusable, and scalable components

Integrate and consume RESTful APIs , working closely with backend teams

Implement and manage state using Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar tools

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and consistent UI behavior across devices

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions

Follow best practices, security standards, and frontend coding guidelines

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of professional experience with React.js

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

Hands-on experience with React Hooks, functional components, and component-based architecture

Experience with state management libraries ( Redux, Context API, Zustand )

Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling

Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques

Understanding of frontend security best practices
