Technical Associate

Job Summary

The Technical Associate under direct supervision of the Technical Lead / Project Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting individual components within an application. This involves analysis, developing / coding, testing and implementation of the components. This may also involve providing enhancements and ongoing application support to the deployed application.

• Analyze and evaluate requirement by coordinating between internal teams and clients
• Understand and define problem statements, objectives; participate / manage Coding, reviews, testing, deployment, and support
• provide status to reporting managers and stakeholders
• Meet the goals and objectives defined / assigned
• Align with organizational changes and upskill accordingly.
• Help the organization achieve customer delight.
