Role Overview

As a Full Stack AI Engineer at Soft Techniques, you’ll design, develop, and deploy production-grade software across our core platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our AI, data, and automation teams to bring cutting‑edge ideas into reality — whether it’s building microservices, integrating APIs, or optimizing performance for enterprise‑scale systems.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and develop scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate ML / LLM pipelines into production environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using best practices.
• Design database schemas and optimize queries for performance.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering standards.
• Work cross‑functionally with design, product, and automation teams to deliver seamless solutions.
