Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Caller and Sales Agent at NeXcall in Lahore. The Cold Caller and Sales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, setting appointments, providing customer support, and using dialer facilities for efficient communication. The role also involves live chat support and meeting daily KPIs to drive sales and business success.

Qualifications

Outbound calling and sales skills

Lead generation and appointment setting experience

Knowledge of dialer facilities and call recording

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
