Senior Business Analyst (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, ACCA, or a related field.

3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the financial services, banking, or fintech sector.

Solid understanding of financial processes such as payments, accounting, investments, loans, or risk management.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with financial modeling, data-driven decision-making, or regulatory compliance (e.g., KYC, AML) is a plus.

Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of SQL or experience working with data analytics teams.

Exposure to AI-driven finance solutions, blockchain, or open banking concepts.

Professional certifications (e.g., CSPO, CFA, CPA, or PMI-ACP) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.

Translate business and financial requirements into clear product features and user stories.

Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, finance, compliance, and marketing).

Analyze financial data, KPIs, and customer behavior to inform product decisions.

Ensure all financial products comply with relevant regulations and internal governance policies.

Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the financial domain.

Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.

Support development and QA teams during sprints to clarify requirements and validate deliverables.

Communicate product vision, progress, and results to senior management and stakeholders.
