Business Analyst

Job description2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields. Strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication. Experience with SQL, Excel, Google sheets, Jira, Asana. Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met.
Requirements
Timing : Monday to Friday 7pm to 4am - Saturday Sunday OFF
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team! If you have a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, we want to hear from you.
