Lead Management Executive

We are seeking a New Business Lead Management Professional

Compensation : Handsome Bonus per Lead + Basic Salary

Requirements :

At least 1-2 years of professional experience in residential (single and multifamily) construction projects.

Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, internet, and Digital Lead Capture Portal.

Strong organizational and lead management skills, with ability to follow through via Digital Portal, Email, Messaging, and face-to-face meetings with new leads.

Effective communication skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Experience in briefing new leads, client brand information, and project details.

Fluency in English and Urdu.

Lead data record management.

Checking and preparing new project contracts / agreements.

Collaborating with technical team members such as architects and interior designers for drawings and plans.

Job Specification At least 1-2 years of professional experience in residential architectural planning and interior designing.
