Job descriptionManage product sprints and maintain one or more boards. Act as Scrum Master facilitating sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives. Create assign and track tasks user stories and acceptance criteria. Actively unblock developers by clarifying requirements priorities and dependencies. Work closely with engineering design and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. Stay hands-on with product features and continuously align development with user needs. Use tools such as Monday Slack Figma Google Workspace and AI tools (e.g. GPT) to manage communication and execution.
Requirements :
- 35 years of experience in Product Management and Product Ownership.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks and sprint-based delivery.
- Solid technical understanding enabling effective collaboration with development teams.
- Proven experience managing workflows using or similar tools.
- Excellent communication documentation and organizational skills.
- Product experience preferably in mobile or tech-driven products.
- A proactive team player who is a good listener and enjoys organizing chaos.
