1. Position Summary
The company is seeking three (03) Telecom Engineers to carry out the in-house execution of the SCADA expansion project. The selected engineers will work within the Telecom/SCADA function to plan, install, configure, test and commission the telecommunication and SCADA infrastructure that supports the monitoring and control of the gas transmission and distribution network.

3. Purpose of the Role
To execute the SCADA expansion project in-house, ensuring that new and upgraded SCADA and telecom facilities are delivered to specification, on schedule, and integrated reliably with the company's existing network and operations.

4. Key Responsibilities
1. Execute in-house tasks of the SCADA expansion project, covering installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of SCADA and associated telecommunication equipment at assigned sites.
2. Carry out site surveys, and support the planning and design of communication links between field sites (RTUs/field devices) and control centres.
3. Install, configure and maintain telecom equipment and links used for SCADA data transfer, and troubleshoot faults to minimise downtime.
4. Perform integration, functional and acceptance testing of SCADA and telecom systems, and verify performance against technical requirements.
5. Coordinate with other departments, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth, safe and timely project execution.
6. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including site records, test reports, drawings, progress reports and project updates.
7. Analyse system and communication problems, identify root causes, and recommend and implement corrective actions.
8. Comply with the company's safety, quality and operational procedures during all field and site activities.
9. Perform any other duties related to the SCADA/Telecom function as assigned by the management.

5. Eligibility and Qualification Requirements
5.1 Educational Qualification
• MSc or BSc Engineering in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
5.2 Experience
• Up to 01 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates may be considered within this range.
5.3 Age Limit
• Maximum 35 years of age.

6. Mandatory Requirements
• No third division in the entire academic career.
• An Equivalence Certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) is required for all degrees obtained from abroad.
• Membership of the relevant professional body in Pakistan is mandatory.
• For engineers, membership of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.

7. Skills Requirements

8. Reporting and Working Relationships
• Reports to: Designated supervisor in the Telecom/SCADA function, as determined by management.
• Works with: SCADA, Telecom, Operations and Projects teams; external contractors and vendors.

9. Place of Posting
The selected individuals can be posted at any location within the company's franchise area, i.e. Punjab, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Federal Capital. Candidates must be willing to work, and to travel for site work, across these areas.
