Position Title: Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations Services
Location: Lahore (Full-time) On-Site
ABOUT ROLE:
Own and operate the organization's IT and OT infrastructure, network, data center, and end-user service delivery environment to guarantee secure, reliable, and scalable technology operations across all manufacturing and corporate sites. Translate the CIO's enterprise architecture and digital transformation agenda into resilient day-to-day infrastructure and operational execution, ensuring uptime, performance, and service quality that support uninterrupted business and production continuity.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; relevant infrastructure/network certifications (e.g., CCNP, ITIL, PMP) preferred.
- 15–20 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, network operations, and data center management, including exposure to large-scale manufacturing or multi-site environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing IT/OT network environments, telecom and cloud vendor relationships, and service-desk/ITSM operations.

- Infrastructure Availability & Performance
Maintain 99.5% uptime across core infrastructure, data center, and network services, with defined performance baselines for compute, storage, and connectivity.
- IT/OT Network Resilience & Segregation
Sustain segregated, hardened IT and OT network architecture with zero unplanned production-impacting outages attributable to infrastructure or connectivity failure.
- Service Delivery & Support Quality
Achieve agreed service-desk SLAs (response/resolution times, first-contact resolution) across all sites, with continuous tracking via a standardized ITSM framework.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) Readiness
Maintain a tested and validated Backup and DR environment for all critical infrastructure and OT-linked systems, with recovery time/point objectives met in periodic drills.
- Vendor, SLA & Cost Governance
Ensure 100% of infrastructure and telecom vendor contracts are governed by enforced SLAs, with infrastructure spend tracked against budget and optimized through structured vendor performance reviews.
- Standardization & Scalability
Institutionalize standardized infrastructure provisioning, workplace services, and mobility solutions across all facilities, and ensure infrastructure blueprints are scalable to support expansion and machine-to-ERP connectivity needs.
- Infrastructure & Network Architecture Expertise
Strong technical command of enterprise infrastructure, data center operations, network design, cloud operations, and IT/OT segregation principles, with hands-on experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
- Operational Reliability & Incident Management
Demonstrated ability to run 24/7 operations, manage incidents and escalations under pressure, and drive root-cause resolution to prevent recurrence.
- Vendor & SLA Management
Proven capability to negotiate, manage, and enforce SLAs with telecom, cloud, and infrastructure vendors while balancing cost, performance, and risk.
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
Ability to lead infrastructure and support teams, coordinate closely with production, manufacturing, and corporate functions, and communicate operational status clearly to the CIO and stakeholders.
