Flutter Developer - Regiment Staffing

Our client Regiment Staffing is hiring a Flutter Developer in Lahore.

Job description:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Flutter & Full-Stack Developer to take over an existing mobile application, manage its Firebase/backend infrastructure, integrate payments, and develop a web-based Admin Panel.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the existing Flutter codebase, debug issues, optimize performance, and implement new features.
• Develop and maintain Firebase Authentication and Firestore, including data modelling, security rules, indexes, and transactions.
• Build trusted backend services using TypeScript/Node.js, Firebase Cloud Functions, or Cloud Run.
• Integrate Stripe for PaymentIntents, webhooks, refunds, idempotency, and duplicate-request handling.
• Implement Stripe subscriptions and Stripe Connect/payouts where required.
• Develop reliable appointment scheduling and booking workflows, including concurrent booking prevention and timezone handling.
• Build and maintain a web-based Admin Panel for managing users, appointments, payments, subscriptions, content, settings, and other application data.
• Implement admin authentication, role-based access control, and permissions.
• Provide useful admin dashboards, filters, search, reports, and management tools.
• Prepare and maintain Android and iOS production builds and releases.
• Write automated tests for critical mobile, backend, payment, and booking functionality.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and provide proper project handover.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional Flutter/Dart development.
• Strong Firebase Auth and Firestore experience.
• Good understanding of Firestore data modelling, rules, indexes, and transactions.
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js knowledge.
• Experience with Cloud Functions and/or Cloud Run.
• Hands-on Stripe API and webhook integration experience.
• Understanding of idempotency, transactions, authentication, authorization, and API security.
• Experience developing web-based Admin Panels.
• Experience with at least one modern web framework such as React.js, Next.js, or similar.
• Experience with role-based admin systems and dashboards.
• Experience with Android/iOS deployment and app-store releases.
• Familiarity with automated testing and Git/GitHub workflows.
