Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in the English language Strong skills in statistics and reporting Utilize excellent analytical skills in analyzing business needs Problem-solving skills to resolve issues that appear during day-to-day operations Excellent team-building skills Good knowledge of handling Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and other office management tools Familiarity with handling virtual calling systems Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, IPAs, Medicare Advantage plans, Medical Billing / AR, Claim follow-up, Denials Management, Insurance calls, and Payer Portals queries would be a plus Experience working with international call centers and agile working environments would be a plus
Medcure RS is looking for a spiffing and straight-up element for the Medical Billing A / R Specialist position to help us develop and implement our Revenue Cycle and Practice Management systems. We are a US-based Healthcare IT Company in Rawalpindi.
Shift : Night Shift (8 pm to 5 am)
Location : Rawalpindi : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required), Commercial Market, Rawalpindi
Responsibilities :
- Understand the basic US healthcare medical terms.
- Possess good interpersonal skills to work as a team member and independently.
- Play a key role as a team member and pitch in when analytical skills are required.
- Meet timely deliverables as per industry standards.
- Perform multiple tasks at the same time.
