Job Description : Tech Lead (No-Code + Hard-Code Projects)

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to guide and oversee developers across projects. This role is not hands-on coding but rather leadership, technical oversight, and developer support. Key responsibilities : Lead developers and ensure project completion. Provide technical assistance and direction (without needing to code extensively). Ensure tasks are on track through ClickUp, WhatsApp, and Google Meet. Be available throughout the day to support developers. Compensation : Rs25,000 – 35,000 per month + performance bonus + regular increments.
