Frappe Developer

Job Summary

XAD Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and motivated Frappe / ERPNext Developer to develop, customize, maintain, and optimize ERPNext applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework, ERPNext modules, and payroll-related workflows, along with strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
• Configure, manage, and optimize ERPNext modules according to business requirements.
• Customize payroll, HR, and employee management workflows.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, system scripts, and customized functionalities.
• Create and manage DocTypes, custom fields, client scripts, server scripts, and workflows.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and system performance problems.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand requirements and implement effective ERP solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and smooth integration of customized features.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework and ERPNext development.
• Practical experience with the ERPNext Payroll module and HR-related workflows.
• Good knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience in developing and customizing DocTypes, custom fields, scripts, and workflows.
• Understanding of ERPNext configuration, reporting, dashboards, and system customization.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ERPNext solutions in a business environment.
• Familiarity with HR operations, payroll processing, and employee management systems.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: PKR 90,000 – 100,000 per month.
• Work Arrangement: Remote / Work From Home.
