Job description10+ years professional Python development Strong database expertise (SQL & NoSQL) Proven experience with backend development & APIs Familiarity with automation & data pipelines Deep knowledge of security best practices High sense of responsibility, independence, and trustworthiness Experience with AI / ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) Background in web scraping & structured data collection Strong Linux server / deployment skills Strict NDA contract required before access is granted Full background verification / ID scan mandatory Company-provided monitored laptop from day one (no personal devices) Access to sensitive data is strictly controlled and logged No subcontracting or external storage permitted Long-term contract ($2,000 / month) Performance-based bonuses Paid certifications & training to advance AI skills Immediate provision of monitored company laptop Dubai relocation after 12 months (visa sponsorship, housing, insurance) Secure career in international high-security AI projects Submit CV, degree / certificates, GitHub / portfolio Background verification & NDA signing Direct contract start ($2,000 / month)
