Operations Executive

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Operations or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in operations procurement administration supply chain or a similar role.
• Experience or understanding of parts sourcing purchasing and vendor coordination.
• Ability to identify and source required spare parts tools accessories and operational supplies from suitable vendors.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel record keeping purchase tracking and administrative documentation.
• Proactive responsible and detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Source bicycle spare parts components accessories tools and other materials required for repair and operational activities.
• Identify evaluate and coordinate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing required quality and timely availability of parts.
• Obtain quotations negotiate prices and commercial terms and coordinate purchase orders and deliveries.
• Maintain vendor records procurement details purchase history pricing and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with repair and operations teams to understand parts requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor availability of frequently required parts and support inventory replenishment to minimize operational delays.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support including documentation record keeping scheduling and coordination.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams on pending requirements deliveries payments and operational matters to ensure smooth business operations.
