Business Development Executive (Medical Billing Industry USA) Role : Medical Billing Sales Development Executive Location : Techno city 2, Infront of Dubai Plaza, 6th Road, Rawalpindi Timing : 7 PM to 4 AM (Night Shift) Salary : Starting 40k (Depending on the experience) + Uncapped Commission

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our client base in the medical billing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue cycle management (RCM).

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical billing & RCM sector.

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue target.

Present and promote medical billing services to prospective clients

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in medical billing or healthcare BPO)

Strong understanding of medical billing, RCM, and healthcare industry regulations (Preferred)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Experience with CRM tools and lead management; ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
