Job Overview
People Perfect is hiring an IT Support Engineer for one of its international clients a leading credit intelligence and financial information company with a global workforce.
The role is responsible for Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support endpoint management troubleshooting IT automation and user access management while supporting the Islamabad office and collaborating with the global IT team.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for Windows and macOS.
- Manage Microsoft Intune Microsoft 365 Defender and Jamf Pro.
- Troubleshoot hardware software network and application issues.
- Manage user accounts and access through Okta.
- Support device provisioning patching and endpoint security.
- Document issues and solutions in Jira.
- Identify recurring issues and automate repetitive IT tasks.
- Support the local office infrastructure conference rooms and new-hire setups.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years of experience in IT Support/IT Engineering preferably in Tier 2/Tier 3 support.
- Hands-on experience with Windows macOS Intune Jamf Pro Microsoft 365 and Okta.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP DNS DHCP and VPN.
- Experience with Jira and scripting using PowerShell Bash Python or AppleScript.
- Strong troubleshooting communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Cisco Meraki experience.
- Experience supporting a global/distributed workforce.
- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT Claude Gemini or Copilot for IT support or automation.
