Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to provide efficient and effective support to our customers through live chat and other digital communication channels. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products services orders and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products services or solutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company communication customer service and data-protection policies.
- Meet established customer service targets including response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure their issues have been resolved.
- Work collaboratively with other customer service and support teams.

Requirements:

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends or holidays when required.
