Senior Talent Sourcer (LinkedIn Recruiter, US Market)

Location: Bahawalpur, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Salary: PKR 50,000 - 75,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our onsite team in Bahawalpur. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience sourcing candidates for the U.S. market, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in talent sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates for the U.S. market is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Leadership potential and the ability to supervise, train, and manage a growing sourcing team in the coming months. This will be the first team member, and the team is expected to expand under their supervision.
• Ability to create advanced and effective Boolean search strings for different job roles.
• Strong understanding of U.S. locations, job titles, work authorization, industries, and candidate requirements.
• Ability to review job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Good written English communication skills for candidate outreach.
• Experience maintaining candidate pipelines in Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet daily sourcing targets.
• Must be available to work onsite in Bahawalpur for 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities:

• Source and shortlist relevant candidates for U.S.-based roles.
• Create Boolean searches and use LinkedIn Recruiter effectively.
• Review candidate profiles and resumes based on job requirements.
• Collect and maintain accurate candidate information.
• Update sourcing sheets, ATS, and recruitment pipelines regularly.
