Propstar Technologies is looking for a dedicated and customer‑focused professional to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong service mindset, and the ability to handle international clients with confidence and professionalism.

Position : Customer Service Specialist

Work Timings : 7 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 AM

Compensation : PKR 40,000 to 80,000 (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage inbound and outbound client interactions with a professional and courteous approach
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services and real estate solutions
  • Resolve client queries efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
  • Meet communication and service quality targets consistently

Requirements :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Understanding of real estate or customer engagement processes is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Confident, proactive, and team‑oriented personality
