Join Winnors Remote Staff and work for UK clients directly from our offices in Johar Town, in Lahore. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International Business Management Resource to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our international operations by managing client relationships, coordinating business processes, and ensuring smooth communication across borders.
Responsibilities:
● Utilise excellent communication skills to conduct business discussions via phone calls, emails, and video conferences.
● Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and satisfaction.
● Acting as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
● Handling client escalations and resolving issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
● Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on client feedback and satisfaction levels.
● Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within existing client accounts.
● Draft clear and concise business correspondence, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in a business management or related role, ideally with international exposure.
● A UK LLB qualification (desirable but not mandatory).
● Prior experience in business management or client services, with a focus on international clientele.
● Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues and escalations with tact and diplomacy.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
● Proficiency in business communication and email etiquette.
● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Familiarity with international business practices and cultural considerations (a plus).
