Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with proven experience working for a UK- or Australia-based education study abroad or student visa company/organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations teams processes student cases and overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations.
  
• Supervise counselling admissions visa and support teams.
  
• Develop and implement SOPs workflows and quality-control processes.
  
• Monitor team performance KPIs productivity and turnaround times.
  
• Oversee student cases and ensure timely processing and follow-ups.
  
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation record keeping and CRM management.
  
• Coordinate with international offices institutions partners and internal departments.
  
• Handle escalated student and operational issues.
  
• Conduct team meetings performance reviews and staff training.
  
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
  
• Ensure high standards of compliance professionalism and customer service.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred.
  
• 45 years of relevant experience in education consultancy study visa admissions or international education operations.
  
• Previous experience working for a UK-based or Australia-based education/study visa organization is highly preferred.
  
• Proven experience managing teams and operational processes.
  
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  
• Strong command of English.
  
• Experience with CRM and reporting systems.
  

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with direct operational experience in an established UK or Australia-based education/study visa organization will be given preference.
