Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales development cold calling and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
• Identify and research potential prospects through various channels.
• Qualify leads based on business needs budget and buying potential.
• Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads calls follow-ups and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects to move leads through the sales pipeline.
• Achieve assigned daily weekly and monthly lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies.
• Stay informed about company products/services industry trends and competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SDR BDR telesales inside sales or business development.
• Proven cold-calling experience is mandatory.
• Strong lead generation and prospecting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident persuasive and target-oriented personality.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is preferred.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
