Senior HR Manager (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in HR and operations management, preferably in a fast-paced technology, services, or growing organization. Strong experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits, HRIS/HRMS, and compliance. Good knowledge of labor laws, EOBI, Social Security, and applicable employment regulations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle employee matters effectively. Strong understanding of facilities management, procurement, vendor coordination, and workplace operations. Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience building a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture. Responsibilities: Lead core HR operations, including employee relations, employment contracts, benefits, payroll, and compliance. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements. Develop and execute recruitment strategies and oversee the interview, hiring, and onboarding processes. Manage daily facilities operations, including workplace maintenance, safety, upgrades, and vendor coordination. Oversee procurement and inventory of hardware, software, and other operational requirements while maintaining cost efficiency. Manage payroll processing in coordination with Finance and ensure timely resolution of payroll discrepancies. Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, and coordinate with providers to ensure competitive and effective coverage. Implement performance management processes and work with department leaders on performance metrics, reviews, and career development. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, team events, and continuous learning. Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to improve HR efficiency, productivity, and overall operational excellence.
