Job description

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in HR and operations management preferably in a fast-paced technology services or growing organization.
  • Strong experience in HR operations employee lifecycle management payroll benefits HRIS/HRMS and compliance.
  • Good knowledge of Pakistan labor laws EOBI Social Security and applicable employment regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle employee matters effectively.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management procurement vendor coordination and workplace operations.
  • Excellent organizational analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience building a positive collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead core HR operations including employee relations employment contracts benefits payroll and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws employment regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies and oversee the interview hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Manage daily facilities operations including workplace maintenance safety upgrades and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory of hardware software and other operational requirements while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Manage payroll processing in coordination with Finance and ensure timely resolution of payroll discrepancies.
  • Administer employee benefits including medical insurance and coordinate with providers to ensure competitive and effective coverage.
  • Implement performance management processes and work with department leaders on performance metrics reviews and career development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives team events and continuous learning.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to improve HR efficiency productivity and overall operational excellence.
