Front Desk Officer (Gym)

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and people-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our premium gym in DHA Lahore.

This role is more than just sitting at the front desk. You'll be one of the first people our members see when they walk into the studio, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating a positive experience for our members.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Handle day-to-day front desk activities and member queries.
• Build good relationships with members and make them feel valued.
• Follow up with members to keep them engaged and encourage regular attendance.
• Help with member retention, renewals, and re-engagement.
• Use our CRM system to keep member information updated and manage follow-ups.
• Respond to calls, messages, and membership inquiries professionally.
• Help members with bookings, schedules, and general studio information.
• Listen to member concerns and help resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Work closely with the coaching and management team to provide a great member experience.
• Support promotions, events, and activities that help build a strong community.

What We're Looking For

• Good communication skills – you should be comfortable talking to different people.
• A genuine interest in fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
• A friendly, confident, and positive personality.
• Someone who enjoys interacting with people and building relationships.
• Understanding of customer retention and follow-ups.
• Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or a fitness environment is a plus.

We're looking for someone who is energetic, approachable, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

You don't need to be a fitness expert, but you should be someone who loves the fitness environment and understands that great member service is a big part of keeping people motivated and coming back.
