As QA Executive- of CHM you will be liable to perform the following job duties:
Audit calls and emails to ensure accuracy professionalism and compliance with HIPAA guidelines..
Identify errors discrepancies and compliance issues in both verbal and written communication.
Provide constructive feedback and corrective actions to staff.
Develop QA checklists and scoring systems for calls and emails.
Prepare detailed QA reports and share findings with management.
Conduct training sessions to improve communication standards.
Track KPIs related to call handling email response accuracy and turnaround times
