Role Overview

The Senior Commercial & Strategy Manager is a high-impact role responsible for driving commercial growth strategic initiatives and business expansion across Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Working directly with the leadership this individual will help shape and execute the companys growth strategy lead the commercial function in Pakistan support expansion initiatives across both markets and oversee the development of strategic partnerships and Joint Ventures (JVs).

The role requires a commercially minded operator who is equally comfortable developing strategy closing enterprise deals building fi nancial and business cases and leading cross-functional projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy

Partner closely with the Founder & leadership on company-wide strategic initiatives and long-term business planning.

Translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans across Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

Conduct market research competitive analysis and commercial assessments to identify new growth opportunities.

Develop business cases fi nancial models presentations and strategic recommendations for leadership and investors.

Monitor business performance identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the Founder.

2. Commercial Leadership Pakistan

Own the commercial performance of the Pakistan business ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are achieved.

Lead enterprise sales and strategic account management.

Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase occupancy revenue and customer acquisition.

Review pipeline performance forecasts and conversion metrics with the Sales team.

Support complex negotiations and key commercial opportunities.

Identify new revenue streams and commercial partnerships.

3. Joint Ventures (Pakistan)

Identify evaluate and develop Joint Venture (JV) opportunities across Pakistan.

Build relationships with landlords developers investors and strategic partners.

Lead commercial negotiations and support partnership structuring.

Prepare investment proposals feasibility analyses and commercial recommendations.

Coordinate with Legal Finance and Operations throughout the JV process.

Monitor the commercial performance of JV partnerships and recommend improvements where required.

4. Strategic Partnerships

Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients government entities investors venture capital fi rms universities ecosystem partners and strategic stakeholders.

Identify partnership opportunities that support revenue growth expansion and brand positioning.

Develop partnership proposals and oversee execution of strategic collaborations.

5. Business Performance & Reporting

Prepare executive dashboards and business performance reports.

Track commercial KPIs revenue occupancy pipeline health and strategic initiatives.

Present recommendations and progress updates to the Founder and leadership team.

Establish reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.

WHAT OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Marketing or a related fi eld (MBA preferred).

610 years of experience in strategy consulting commercial leadership business development investment or high-growth startups.

Strong commercial and fi nancial acumen with experience developing business cases and fi nancial models.

Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving business growth.

Experience in enterprise sales partnerships or expansion projects is highly desirable.
