Salesforce & ServiceNow Support Intern

Business Solutions & Services (BSS) is looking for motivated interns to join our CRM Support team. This internship offers a clear career path toward a full-time role, with progression from basic support tickets to advanced technical support and development. Role Overview As a Salesforce & ServiceNow Support Intern, you will support international clients using ITSM-based ticketing processes. You will engage with clients from APAC, CIS, LATAM, Europe and the USA, becoming one of their first points of contact for support-related queries. Key Responsibilities Provide support for Salesforce and ServiceNow CRM platforms. Manage and respond to client tickets using ITSM processes. Communicate with clients regularly and provide timely updates. Troubleshoot basic system and user-related issues. Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate support level. Document issues, resolutions and client requirements. Assist with configuration, technical support and development tasks as you progress. Support Levels and Career Growth L1 Support: Basic ticket handling, user assistance and initial troubleshooting. L2 Support: Incident investigation, system-level troubleshooting and configuration support. L3 Support: Advanced technical support, development, integrations and complex issue resolution. The role is designed as a long-term career track, allowing interns to grow from handling basic tickets to providing development-related support for global clients. Requirements Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong interest in technology, CRM systems and client support. Basic technical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate confidently with international clients. Willingness to learn Salesforce, ServiceNow and ITSM processes. Fresh graduates and final-semester students are encouraged to apply.
