The Department of Medicine at The Aga Khan University Hospital comprises of independent sections of Cardiology Dermatology Endocrinology Internal Medicine Infectious Diseases Nephrology Neurology and Pulmonary & Critical Care. The Department has over 70 full-time Faculty with a strong commitment to undergraduate and postgraduate education and research. Residency Programmes are offered in Internal Medicine Neurology Adult Cardiology Gastroenterology Pulmonary Medicine Nephrology and Dermatology as well as Fellowship Programmes in Clinical Neurophysiology & Electrodiagnostic Medicine Diabetes Endocrinology & Metabolism Interventional Cardiology Infectious Diseases Gastroenterology and ERCP.

Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in the Section of Dermatology Department of Medicine.

Responsibilities:

You will have an independent consultant status and undertake undergraduate and postgraduate teaching research and specified administrative activities.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

You must have completed a structured postgraduate training program from a reputable institution and possess FCPS Medicine MRCP/FRCP or American Board in any Medicine specialities along with relevant postgraduate experience at an internationally recognized high-quality facility.

For the position you should have a minimum of 2 years experience at the level of Senior Instructor or equivalent.

In addition you should have demonstrated scholarship either through research and publications in peer-reviewed indexed journals or by virtue of substantial contributions to education. You should also possess strong clinical teaching communication and teamwork skills.
