We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager who leverages automation tools, AI platforms, and data-driven marketing strategies to drive lead generation, partnerships, and revenue growth.

3+ years in Business Development, Growth, or Sales Strategy.
Strong understanding of automation-driven marketing systems.
Experience using CRM tools and AI-based prospecting platforms.
Ability to design scalable outbound campaigns.
Analytical mindset with KPI-focused execution.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in IT services / SaaS / Software development industry.
Experience building automated LinkedIn outreach funnels.
Knowledge of sales funnel optimization.
Familiarity with no-code automation tools.
