Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE & Power Platform Consultant to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM/CE) Microsoft Power Platform (C#) and Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 using plugins workflows business rules JavaScript and custom APIs.
• Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power Pages
• Dataverse
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using Azure services Azure Data Factory and/or KingswaySoft.
• Develop custom components and integrations (C#).
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot capabilities to enhance business processes and user productivity.
• Participate in solution architecture technical design and code reviews.
• Perform deployments troubleshooting performance optimization and production support.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.
• Successfully delivered at least three (3) end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementation projects.
• Strong experience in Azure-based integrations and enterprise solution development.
• Hands-on experience in custom development plugin development workflows and system integrations.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good to have Microsoft certifications: PL-200 PL-400 and PL-600
