1Now is car rental and fleet management software for Turo hosts and independent operators who want to go direct, own their customer, and keep the full margin instead of handing a cut to the marketplace. We give operators their own branded booking site, renter ID and insurance checks, payments, trip photos and agreements, and real-time profit-per-car reporting — all in one app. On top of that sits Carisma, our AI agent layer that handles the day-to-day busywork of running a fleet.
We've taken 250+ operators direct across 25 states and processed over $3M in bookings, and we're just getting started. Our mission is to put a billion cars to work.
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience across our operator app, branded booking sites, and the Carisma AI agents. You'll be a core member of a small, fast-moving product team, shaping how thousands of car rental operators run their businesses every day. This is a high-ownership role: you'll take problems from ambiguous idea to shipped product, balancing craft with speed.
You'll work closely with our founders, engineers, and real operators — the people whose livelihoods depend on our product working well.
