Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on high-quality projects that align with the companys services.
• Write personalized and persuasive proposals that stand out from the competition.
• Communicate with prospective clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Participate in discovery calls to understand client requirements and project objectives.
• Negotiate project scope pricing and timelines to secure new business.
• Manage and optimize the companys Upwork profile to improve visibility and increase the project win rate.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure a smooth handover of projects after successful sales.
• Contribute ideas and strategies to support and expand the companys business development efforts.
