Job description

Position Overview: The Client Services Management Trainee will be responsible for managing client relationships while supporting the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across service lines.

Responsibilities: Serve as a supporting point of contact for key clients, facilitating clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs through regular interactions and follow-ups.

Support the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, helping ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Help address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly by coordinating with relevant internal teams and escalating matters to senior management when required.

Prepare and contribute to monthly reports on project status, performance metrics, and client feedback, while developing the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development, and support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Develop knowledge of industry trends and client markets to gradually build the ability to offer valuable insights and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.

Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience Internship experience in client services, account management, or advertising is preferred.
