E-commerce Project Manager & Upseller

e are looking for a dynamic and motivated E-commerce Project Manager with a flair for upselling and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing e-commerce projects end-to-end, while also identifying opportunities to upsell services and maximize revenue growth from existing clients.

Key Responsibilities : Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, and QA.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets.

Monitor progress and ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.

Client Communication & Upselling : Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Identify upselling opportunities such as additional features, integrations, or marketing services.

Pitch new offerings and upgrades to clients to enhance their e-commerce performance.

Performance Monitoring : Track project KPIs and report on performance.

Use data-driven insights to improve processes and optimize e-commerce strategies.

Documentation & Reporting : Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Ensure timely delivery of reports to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in e-commerce project management.

Proven experience in upselling or client relationship management is a plus.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
