Handling day‑to‑day billing operations while observing North American timings to ensure seamless cross‑time zone collaboration Handling billing discrepancies, responding to queries, and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues Managing subscription amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations in the billing system Supporting the creation and modification of subscription plans and pricing models in the billing system Investigating and resolving billing disputes, working with cross‑functional teams to gather information and providing timely resolutions Carrying out weekly reconciliations, ensuring billing data is aligned between different sources Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements in billing operations, including automation and system optimization Documenting billing processes Assisting with other Finance tasks as and when required To be successful in this role, you will need :

3+ years’ experience in Billing Operations Intermediate‑to‑pro level expertise in spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets) A passion for Finance, number crunching and operations Attention to detail Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development Location / Time Zone : Candidates must be able to consistently work within
