Responsibilities : - Conduct research and development to improve existing food products and create new recipes - Ensure food safety and quality standards are met throughout the production process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product ideas and concepts - Conduct sensory evaluations and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement - Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in food technology - Provide technical support to production and quality assurance teams - Develop and implement quality control procedures - Assist in the development and documentation of product specifications Job Specification
