Sr Manager ( Software Development )

BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Overall 9 or more years of relevant experience preferably in a complex manufacturing environment, of that 4 or more years must be of managing software development teams. Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms. Experience creating processes and standards pertaining to software development. Well versed with Project Management approaches. Should have strong analytical skills. Deeply understands and has practiced SDLC concepts : Adept at all stages of project lifecycle from business requirements and technical definitions to development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), production support, and completion. Proven background developing Web services, packages, procedures, and applications / modules. Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms / Reports, SQL, PL / SQL, Open Interfaces, and APIs.
