Job Responsibilities: Support HRD in all HR Functions which may include but not limited to: Assist in Attendance and Leave management HR Documentation Job postings, screenings, and onboarding.
Addressing employee concerns/grievances and facilitating conflict resolution.
Supporting HRD in implementation of initiatives related to positive workplace culture.
Assisting HRD in employee engagement activities including team-building/occasional events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Keeping strict follow-up with staff especially with leads regarding HR related matters.
Making staff familiar with policy compliance.
Assisting HRD in creating HR Reports/metrices.
Any tasks assigned by HOD.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience Qualifications & Skills: Min.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration (preferably in Human Resources) Strong Communication skills.
Disciplined and committed.
Willing to learn and work as a team.
Flexible to adjust in diverse culture.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Problem-solving attitude.
Presentable personality with professional appearance and etiquettes.
