Liaison with Head Supply Chain to plan the final delivery dates and prepare planning schedules and work statements identifying detailed facility requirements, manpower requirements, and material lists of respective sections.

Strictly monitor production process to ensure precise conformance to PPC Plan.

Take immediate follow-up for any unforeseen delay in manufacturing process.

Liaison with all concerned departments in case of any delays.

When any proceeding starts to deviate from PPC plan, immediately inform Head Supply Chain and assist in devising alternate schedule without disturbing the major delivery plan.
