Role Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical Assistant Manager Global Growth to enable our Global Growth team at a fast-growing remittance-based company.

This role will be embedded within the Growth function, partnering closely with BI, Product, IT, OPS and Marketing stakeholders to assist in driving data-informed decisions, scalable insights, and product-led growth initiatives across markets.

Key Responsibilities: Act as a core member of the Growth team, enabling and assisting growth initiatives through data and insights Extract, analyse, and interpret data to generate actionable insights for growth and product decisions Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards to track acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization metrics Conduct deep-dives to highlight performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Lead A/B tests and data-driven experiments to enhance conversion and engagement across platforms.

Automate recurring reports and analytics workflows to improve efficiency and scalability Document experiment hypotheses, results, and insights in a structured format.

Support planning, segmentation, and execution of retention, win-back, and engagement campaigns.

Maintain KPI dashboards covering CAC drivers, activation, retention, churn, corridor trends, and CLV.

Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, and visualising tools like PowerBI etc.

Knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Have good understanding of funnels, cohort analysis, churn metrics, retention, A/B testing, performance tracking and campaign analytics.

Support product-led growth (PLG) initiatives by providing analytical inputs for experiments, feature launches, and optimization efforts Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations.

Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) required.

Relevant professional experience in a related field is mandatory.
