Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Digital Marketing & Technology Solutions Specialist to lead and manage end-to-end digital projects. This role involves ownership of initiatives spanning website development, mobile application planning, SEO strategy, CRM integration, and digital marketing execution. The ideal candidate will blend creative insight with technical expertise to deliver seamless digital experiences and measurable results for our clients.
Experience in a similar role in Real Estate industry is strongly preferred (NOT MUST)
Key Responsibilities
- Website Design & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress, Elementor, and other CMS platforms, including custom-coded solutions.
- Optimize websites for user experience across both desktop and mobile environments.
- Ensure optimal site performance, security, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical site audits.
- Implement and monitor technical SEO strategies to enhance search visibility and rankings.
- Analyze and report organic traffic metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and PPC platforms.
- Write and optimize copy for ads, landing pages, funnels, and marketing content.
- Track campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
- Mobile Application Development
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and develop mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- Participate in feature development, user testing, and troubleshooting across mobile platforms.
- Assist in the delivery of app updates and ongoing functionality improvements.
- CRM & Marketing Automation (Thrive CRM)
- Configure and manage CRM workflows, pipelines, forms, and automation sequences within Thrive CRM.
- Support onboarding, training, and troubleshooting for client CRM environments.
- Maintain clean data sets and ensure system performance and usability.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in web development, digital marketing, or a related field.Proficient in WordPress, Elementor, HTML / CSS , and foundational knowledge of JavaScript / PHP.Solid understanding of SEO best practices and associated tools.Experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok ads , and email marketing platforms.Exposure to mobile app frameworks such as Flutter, React Native , or similar is a plus.Proficient in using Thrive CRM or comparable platforms (e.g., Go High Level, HubSpot).Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet tight deadlines.Desirable Skills
Graphic design capabilities (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Figma).Video editing and animation knowledge.Experience working with API integrations and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.).Why Join Us?

Website Development
