About the role

  • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruiting team and help us place sources and hire candidates faster.
  • As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll be responsible for potential sourcing candidates, doing the first-round screening for applicants, and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
  • To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a sustainable long-term pipeline for our company's current and future roles.

What you'll be doing

  • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Create JDs and assessments based on the requirements of the role
  • Screen applicants through video interviews and create interview kits
  • Nurture pre-existing candidates in the database to ensure our pool of candidates is well maintained
  • Develop your profile and brand through LinkedIn and other social media to promote the company and attract potential candidates
  • Maintain the ATS with up-to-date information and ensure all our SOPs are being followed
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
  • Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill

    • Who are we looking for

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Human Resources Management Software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • A degree in Human Resources would be preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle over 10-15 interviews per day

    Location : Pakistan

    Working Hours : 11 am to 8 pm PK Time

    Holidays : Local PK Holidays

    Salary : PKR 50,000 to PKR 70,000
