Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment

Source and engage high-quality candidates for sales, marketing, and managerial positions

Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategy with business growth

You Are

2+ years of professional recruitment experience (BPO, SaaS, Digital Agency, or Call Center experience is a plus)

Highly tech-savvy with expert-level skills in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS tools

Excellent communicator, both verbal and written

Experienced in hiring for international / U.S. markets

Entrepreneurial mindset — structured, decisive, and execution-driven

Must be based in Rawalpindi / Islamabad

Ability to work in night shift
