SEO Specialist

Role Summary : Pixelette Technologies is seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist with expertise in on-site, off-site, and technical SEO. This role requires an individual with a strategic approach to increasing our online presence and improving our search engine rankings across the digital landscape. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing, reviewing, and implementing changes to websites to optimize them for search engines, thus driving traffic and improving user engagement. Conduct thorough SEO audits for our website, including on-site, off-site, and technical SEO assessments. Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that includes keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical improvements. Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content is SEO-friendly, including optimizing meta tags, headings, and content for target keywords. Monitor and analyze website performance and search rankings to identify SEO opportunities and risks, reporting findings to the marketing team. Implement link building strategies and manage backlink profiles to improve domain authority and search engine ranking. Stay current with the latest industry trends and Google algorithm updates to ensure SEO strategies are up-to-date and effective. Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code and website architecture. Manage SEO tools and platforms for tracking and analytics purposes, leveraging data to make strategic decisions. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve SEO performance and achieve marketing goals.

Job Specification

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong understanding of all aspects of SEO, including on-site, off-site, and technical factors. In-depth experience with website analytics and SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Technical knowledge of HTML / CSS, website architectures, and content management systems. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends, translating them into actionable SEO strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce reports and present findings. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
