Responsibilities

• Creating marketing and social media campaigns and strategies.
• Collecting customer data and analyzing interactions and visits.
• Growing and expanding the company's social media presence onto social media platforms.
• Researching and monitoring the activities of competitors.
• Creating appealing written or graphic content.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Attending walk-in customers and answering customer queries online.
• Doing cold calls and emails.

Qualifications

High School or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications.
